Most hair orders need 4-15 days to make,then add 3-5 business days. NO STOCK!
If you need hair fastly,we have some hair in stock,can ship now once you paid.Please check our HAIR STOCK
Check the product description(shipping time) ,different hair products have different time.
We dont accept Rush Orders(like you need hair tomorrow or in 2-4 days),if you need hair fast,whatsapp us to ask time.
Normally it will take 4-15 business days to process your order ( if your order needs to be customized, it might takes longer time to process), regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Saturday.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order shipped out. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.
Normally, we send out your order out by FedEx or DHL. If you want other shipping methods, please tell us before placing your order.
Most orders will be received in 3-5 business days, such USA, Europe, Canada. On very rare occasions, international shipping to some countries may take 5-10 days or even longer for some slow-to-ship countries such as Brazil, Mexico, and Romania. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.
Territories of the United States: For those who reside in a territory of the United States that we ship to, yourplease allow anywhere between 3-5 business days for your order to reach destination.

All Customized hair not accept refund, like Products that take time to make.If we send you wrong hair(color,length,hair products) you ordered on website,can get refund.
Stock of hair accept refund,if we send wrong hair,like color is wrong,length is wrong,hair products is wrong.If we send correct hair ,not accept refund.
